WELCOMES KCET WITH A RIBBON-CUTTING CEREMONY AND RECEPTION AT ITS NEW
HEADQUARTERS, THE POINTE

CA - April 23, 2012 - KCET, the nation's largest independent television station
serving Southern and Central California, in collaboration with the Burbank
Chamber of Commerce, will host a ribbon-cutting ceremony to commemorate the
station's arrival in Burbank.
On
Friday, April 27, the ceremony will be held at KCET's new home, The Pointe, at
2900 West Alameda Avenue, from 3 p.m. - 5 p.m. The event will feature welcoming
remarks by Jess Talamantes, Mayor of Burbank, Jeff Worthe, president, Worthe
Real Estate Group, Al Jerome, president and CEO of KCET, and Gary Olson, president
& CEO, Burbank Chamber of Commerce, followed by a reception. Among the
invited guests include elected officials, community leaders and KCET executives
and staff.

KCET
began operations at its new headquarters on Monday, April 16. The Pointe, a
Worthe Real Estate Group property which houses the station's latest state of
the art offices and studios, is centrally located along Studio Row in
and is adjacent to Disney, Warner Bros, and ABC Studios.
