The Creation of Mickey Mouse

After losing control of his first animated star, Oswald, Walt Disney brainstormed with his team to come up with a new cartoon character: a mouse named Mickey. "Walt Disney" premieres September 14 and 15 at 9/8c on PBS American Experience.
