Border Blaster | KCET
"Border Blaster" is an original world music video series curated by renowned internet radio station Dublab. The 30-minute episodes are comprised solely of music videos from groundbreaking musicians from around the world. From Malian roots music to Norwegian electronica, from Mongolian hip-hop to Filipino indie rock, "Border Blaster" traces the transnational flows of music culture across every continent. Hosted by Dublab DJ Liz Warner, "Border Blaster" promises to expose viewers to the cross-fertilization of musical styles and genres defining contemporary music.
Co-produced by KCETLink Media Group and dublab, a non-profit, online radio station dedicated to the growth of music, arts and culture. Broadcasting from Los Angeles since 1999, dublab's mission is to share freeform radio transmissions with an international audience.
