Big Sur: Sanctuary of the Spectacular
One of the most spectacular stretches of coastline in the world, Big Sur is a precious jewel that remains pristine, rugged and remote. Completing the entire 125 miles of this stunning stretch of the California Coastal Trail has long been the dream of many but a number of challenges still remain -- including geography and land ownership. Fortunately, a group of dedicated locals lead by Congressman Sam Farr won’t rest until it becomes a reality.
