Celebrate Presidents' Day with a Huell Howser Marathon!
Much-loved host Huell Howser leads a special Presidents' Day Marathon highlighting the best of "California's Gold" and "California's Parks." The six-and-a-half hour marathon will follow Huell up and down the California coast visiting popular locations such as Devils Postpile, Mt. San Jacinto, Yosemite National Park and many more. The fun begins at 8:00 a.m. on Monday Feb. 18 only on KCET.

8:00 a.m. California’s Gold “Reagan Ranch”
Huell gets a tour of the Santa Barbara ranch home of President Ronald Reagan and his wife, Nancy, who named it Rancho del Cielo.
9:00 a.m. California’s Gold “Nixon’s Birthplace”
Visit The Richard Nixon Library and Birthplace with Huell and first daughter Julie Nixon Eisenhower, as she gives a private and personal tour of the farmhouse where her dad was born and raised.
9:30 a.m. California’s Gold “Barack Obama’s California College Days”
Join Huell as he gets the Presidential tour of Occidental College in Eagle Rock, where Barack Obama spent his freshman and sophomore years.
10:00 a.m. California’s Gold “Emperor and the President”

10:30 a.m. California’s Gold “Tuolumne Meadows”
Huell visits Yosemite's high country for a walk through spectacular Tuolumne Meadows.
11:00 p.m. California’s Gold “Giant Rock”
Considered to be the worlds largest free standing boulder, and a long time sacred site to the Native Americans. In the 1950s, it became a UFO airport.
11:30 a.m. California’s Gold “Devils Postpile”
Located in the Eastern Sierras, Devils Postpile is one of nature's true masterpieces.
12:00 p.m. California’s Gold “Glacier”
Join Huell as he hikes high up in the Eastern Sierra to visit the Conness Glacier in a stunning part of the National Forest.

Huell visits Lassen Volcanic National Park to see lava flows, jagged craters and steaming sulfur vents.
1:00 p.m. California’s Gold “Fire Lookout”
Travel with Huell to Sequoia National Forest to visit historic Buck Rock Fire Lookout.
1:30 p.m. California’s Gold “Mt. San Jacinto”
In this adventure, host Huell Howser first visits the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway which takes passengers from the warm desert floor to a snowy alpine environment in a matter of minutes.
2:00 p.m. California’s Golden Parks “Yosemite Falls Trail”
Huell’s off to Yosemite National Park where he walks the newly rehabilitated trails to the base of Yosemite Falls, the highest waterfall in North America.
2:30 p.m. California’s Gold “Half Dome”
Huell has the adventure of a lifetime as he climbs Yosemite's formidable Half Dome along with other avid hikers.
