Thursday - November 12; 7:30pm: Persimmons - Huell travels to the family-owned Otow Orchards to learn the Japanese art of drying persimmons, a century old tradition in the small town of Granite Bay, California.

Friday - November 13, 2009; 7:30pm: Tap Water: The Drink of Choice - Huell visits three special California locations to understand why California’s water is considered some of the best in the country. Huell also stops at Chez Panisse in Berkeley before making his way to Los Vaqueros Reservoir, Brentwood, and, finally, the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power.

Saturday - November 14, 2009; 7:00pm: City of Orange - Huell heads to the City of Orange to learn the rich history of this all American town. Mr. Howser also makes stops at the Orange County Badminton Club, Pitcher Park, Watson's Drug and Soda Fountain, and many other historic sites.
