This is it! The moment we've all been waiting for! This weekend, Huell reveals the ins and outs of that much-loved burger chain, In-N-Out. This event marks the first time television cameras have ever been allowed to shoot inside an In-N-Out or at their headquarters. After eating some burgers, animal style, Huell explores cold California, rides a zamboni, visits the Conness Glacier, and frolics in the snow.

Thursday - January 28; 7:30pm: Leonis Adobe - Huell and a group of schoolchildren go back in time to the early 1800s, when the day's chores included blacksmithing, cow-roping, and winemaking. We look inside the ranch and home of San Fernando Valley businessman Miguel Leonis, a hidden treasure which was nearly demolished in the 1960s and has become the state's Historical Landmark Number One.

Friday - January 29; 9:00pm: Old Pasadena - Huell tours the streets around Pasadena's Colorado Boulevard, where historic buildings have been preserved and turned into today's bustling marketplace.

And this special also includes an exclusive behind-the-scenes tour of the In-N-Out Heaquarters in Baldwin Park where it all started back in 1948.

Saturday - February 1; 7:30pm: Zamboni - Huell learns about the machines that clean the ice at ice rinks and professional hockey events around the world. Would you believe the Zamboni was invented right here in sunny Southern California? Huell joins up with the son of the inventor, and visits the factory where it all started. Then he tops off the day with a trip to the Anaheim Pond, home of the Mighty Ducks to see the Zamboni in action.
