Mustard

Visit Cologne, Germany with Joanne to taste mustard at a company that's been milling mustard since 1810. Then join her and her students at a restaurant for the classic Cologne dish "Himmel und Ää d" along with the beer of Cologne, Kolsch. She also samples the mustards of Amsterdam and bring some home to make two savory mustard-infused dishes. Recipes: Upside down roasted chicken with vegetables; warm German potato salad.
