Memories of the Mountains

Northern Italy has some of the most stunning mountains and scenery on the Italian peninsula. In this episode, Lidia explores some of the classic culinary traditions of this area including a hearty Minestrone soup that she freshens up with pesto. In addition, she makes a delicious Stuffed Cabbage with her grandson, Lorenzo. Desserts are quick and easy and include delicious Italian "gelato."
