Tropical Mint Pineapple Lime Smoothie
Licuado de Menta, Piña y Limón
Serves 6
Ingredients
- 4 to 5 cups fresh pineapple, cut into chunks
- 1 lime, zested and juiced
- 1/4 cup mint leaves, packed, plus extra for garnish
- 1 cup ice
- 1 tablespoon agave syrup, (optional)
To Prepare
Add all ingredients to a blender and puree until smooth. Garnish with mint and/or pineapple cubes and serve.
