On the September 10 edition of the Reporter Roundup, KPCC reporters give updates on the major wildfires, unemployment benefits and a local race in the upcoming election. 

Firefighters are still trying to get a handle on more than 25 major fires across the state. Jacob Margolis offers an update on when we can expect the yellow and grey skies to lift. 

Supplemental federal unemployment benefits of $300 per week have kicked in again. David Wagner describes why not everyone qualifies. 

State Senator Holly Mitchell and L.A. City Councilmember Herb Wesson faced off in a virtual debate for a seat on the Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors. Libby Denkmann reports on their positions for the upcoming election.
