Colleges Drop SAT & ACT Scores, State Issues Coronavirus Equity Rules

On the Oct. 6 edition of the Reporter Roundup, KPCC reporters discuss a new coronavirus equity metric to reduce infections in the state’s hardest-hit regions, major changes in the college admissions process and L.A.’s response to the conflict between Armenia and Azerbaijan. 

Coronavirus Equity 
The state is launching its new coronavirus equity metric, which will require it’s 35 largest counties to bring down coronavirus rates in hard-hit neighborhoods. Jackie Fortiér explains what this means.
