A man operates a leafblower in the park

Blowing Concerns

Suburban sprawl in SoCal is nothing without manicured lawns and gardens. But in order to maintain them, we depend on gardening equipment like leaf blowers, mowers and hedge trimmers. And a lot of push back happens when cities actually try regulating their use.
