Tim Peters says he and his family chose to live in Los Angeles' skid row for 15 years in service to its residents. He describes the transitional housing program Door of Hope, which was set up in Pasadena in 1985 to assist homeless families with children. Peters is executive director of the program.

Orange County Gets First Doses of COVID-19 Vaccine
