SoCal Connected Takes Home 3 L.A. Area Emmy® Awards
KCET's hard-hitting weekly news program was honored with three Emmy® awards on Saturday at the 63rd Annual Los Angeles Area Emmy® Awards at The Academy of Television Arts & Sciences in North Hollywood.
It was a sweep for correspondent and Los Angeles Times columnist Steve Lopez, who was honored in all three of the awards — for Outstanding Non-News Writer, Best Feature and Information Segment.
