Impact of New Immigration Plan on Californians | Feb. 18

On the Feb. 18 episode of SoCal Update, congressional Democrats unveiled an immigration proposal that creates a pathway to citizenship for about 11 million undocumented people. So, what’s the impact for people living in Southern California without legal status?
