LAUSD to Reopen; Mars Inspires Kids | Feb. 26

On the Feb. 26 episode of SoCal Update, a look at the L.A. Unified School District’s partial reopening next week and how the Mars landing can inspire young curious minds.

The L.A. Unified School District will partially reopen next week to offer in-person learning for a limited number of students. Services, dependent on teachers who volunteer to work in person, include childcare, special education, athletic conditioning and small group tutoring. KPCC Reporter Caroline Champlin shares details.
