On the March 23 episode of “SoCal Update,” we learn why 47 L.A. Sheriff’s officials have been accused of misconduct in connection with the "Banditos" clique of deputies in East L.A. KPCC Public Safety Correspondent Frank Stoltze explains.

The case began two years ago, when a group of deputies accused four of their colleagues of being "Banditos," who they claimed harassed and beat up those who didn’t support them, as well as engaged in misconduct on the streets.
