On the September 22 episode of “SoCal Update,” Southern California is redistricting which will affect elections for the next ten years. An independent commission is working to redraw the boundaries of L.A.’s 15 districts. KPCC’s Carla Javier joins us to explain the different challenges the commission is facing.
