BOOM KANE FUNG Featuring Bird With Toy Piano

Southland Sessions Presents: From high school operas and drive-thru art exhibitions to Chicano comedies and underground DJ sets—we are showcasing the vibrancy of arts and culture across our city today.

BOOM KANE FUNG, an experimental jazz trio led by Dan Rosenboom, were inspired by the compositional ingenuity of 14-year-old cockatoo and viral video star, Daisymae, finding joy in the absurd with this heartwarming performance.
