PBS SoCal and KCET Honored with 10 L.A. Area Emmy® Awards

PBS SoCal and KCET received a combined total of 10 wins from the 2021 Los Angeles Area Emmy® Awards presented on Saturday, July 24 by the Television Academy and its Los Angeles Area Peer Group.

For the fifth year running, PBS SoCal and KCET combined garnered the most awards of any other L.A. broadcast station with 10 wins honoring 10 separate programs. Winning categories included L.A. Local Color, Education/Information and Arts. Going into the ceremony, the two stations led all others in the region with 25 nominations spread across 12 different categories honoring 14 separate, locally produced productions.
