Things That Aren't Here... June 10

Here's a quick update on Things That Aren't Here Anymore 3, produced by award-winning producers Isaac Mizrahi and Saul Gonzalez.

The new show debuts exclusively on KCET -- Thursday, June 10 at 8:00 pm.

A few days ago, I ventured off the KCET lot to the producers' editing facility and what they showed me is terrific.  I think you'll agree.  The segment on the Sunset Boulevard music scene is lots of fun.  I wasn't here then so I enjoyed learning about the importance of the Ash Grove (where the Improv is located these days on Melrose Avenue).

LA Times columnist and KPCC host (and one of my favorite people in the world) Patt Morrison will be live at KCET on June 10th for the premiere.  (She also narrates the new special.)

I don't yet have clips to share (hopefully next week) but in the meantime, here's the logo for the new show.
