Monday @ 7:30PM -- "Green Chiles"
Huell meets up with green chile aficionados at an annual event where hundreds line up for fresh roasted New Mexico green chiles.
Tuesday @ 7:30PM -- "Trinity County Fair"
Huell visits the Quilt Show, the Homestead Exhibit, and the Hayfork Mule Show.
Wednesday @ 7:30PM -- "Skunk Train"
Following the coastal "Redwood Route" as it has since 1885, the Skunk Train takes Huell on an inspiring ride through ageless redwoods and over spectacular mountains. It began as a logging train transporting valuable lumber to the Mendocino Coast, and now provides passengers a glimpse of history and scenic beauty.

Thursday @ 7:30PM -- "Sub-Net"
It's huge, made of metal, and reaches across the Golden Gate, but it's not a bridge. Join Huell as he visits the site of the WWII antisubmarine net built to keep Japanese subs out of San Francisco. Long before the Tiburon Sub-Net Depot was there, this small piece of land across the bay from San Francisco had many incarnations. It was home to Native Americans, an original Spanish Ranchero, the largest Codfish drying plant on the west coast, a coaling station for the navy, and where the cables for the Golden Gate Bridge were spun. In fact, if you look closely at low tide, you can still see them.
Friday @ 7:30PM -- "Fire Trucks"
If you've ever wondered where old fire trucks go when they retire, this is the episode for you. Retired fireman Joe Ortiz has one of the largest collections of antique and modern fire fighting equipment around. Huell goes to Joe's house in Shadow Hills for a personal tour and a very special ride in the back of a hook and ladder.

Saturday @ 5:00PM -- "Koi Farm"
Huell visits a koi farm and is amazed to see everything that goes into raising these beautiful fish.

Saturday @ 5:30PM -- "Big Fish"
Huell visits a man who raised a giant goldfish that is now three-feet long. Too big for his tank, the goldfish was moved to his new home in the lush koi ponds at the Lake Shrine of Pacific Palisades. The Lake Shrine is an amazing oasis. Originally the set for silent films in the 1920s, the property ended up in the hands of a construction superintendent for 20th Century Fox who built a double decker Mississippi houseboat and an authentic reproduction of a 16th century Dutch windmill. Today, the spot is an open air shrine to all religions.
