Battambang is a Cambodian Chinese restaurant that was bought in 2003. The owners take pride in being mentioned by the Los Angeles Times. It is an original restaurant located at the edge of Chinatown because hardly any other establishments serve Cambodian food. If you visit Battambang, it will surely bring new tastes of the world onto your palate. Discover the Cambodian food. And the one really cool thing is that my aunt and uncle own and operate the restaurant.
We went to interview my uncle. It was challenging to interview him since he is Cambodian and can only speak Chinese. I had my counselor, Jennifer Tang, help me to conduct the interview.
After the interview, we sat down and ate a big feast.
